About Yorkanis & Patrice | Sassy & Classy Posing

Sassy and Classy Posing is a company that was created by IFBB Pro's Patrice Vignola and Yorkanis Montanari to develop a platform for new and seasoned competitors to perfect their posing, stage presence, and overall presentation. Their vision is to ensure that all their athletes walk on stage prepared with all the knowledge and skills needed to feel confident and stage ready.

Meet Yorkanis

Yorkanis Montanari is an IFBB BIKINI PRO.

Her fitness journey started in 2011 after being encouraged by a trainer at her gym to explore the idea of competing. At the time she was a full time school teacher who always had a passion for working out, and decided to embark on this path as a way to challenge herself.

She stepped on the NPC stage for the first time in 2012 and quickly soared through the rankings placing top five. In 2013 she began competing on a National Level and earned her Pro Card in 2015. In the interim, Yorkanis received positive feedback from several judges on her stage presence and was recommended to assist other competitors with their posing, which lead to the beginning of Sassy & Classy Posing being born.

Yorkanis has extensive stage experience as a competitor after participating in over ten shows. She truly possesses a passion for teaching and helping others reach their goals to step on stage with confidence.

PATRICE VIGNOLA is an IFBB Figure Pro

Her fitness career began in 2001. After having three children and deciding to become a stay at home mom, her love of fitness never diminished. She decided to start a new career as a Certified Personal Trainer to help others find the gift of health and fitness.

She began her competion career in 2001 and again in 2003 but took some time off to raise her family. In 2007 she came back and competed at a National Level and earned her Pro Card in 2011. She then expanded her business and became a Certified Nutrition Coach as well as a Posing Coach.

She not only has experience on stage as a competitor but also off stage as an NPC Judge. She looks forward to using her knowledge and experience to help competitors reach their full potential both on and off the stage.
