Run by IFBB Bikini Pro Yorkanis Montanari
and IFBB Figure Pro Patrice Vignola, Sassy & Classy offers posing classes for bikini, wellness, figure, fit model and men's physique competitors in the NPC and IFBB.
We also offer personal training for both men and women.
We look forward to assisting you in perfecting your routine and helping you step on stage with sass and confidence!
Below is some information regarding rates and locations.
IMPORTANT! NO ONE EXCEPT COMPETITORS ARE ALLOWED IN THE POSING ROOM. NO SPOUSES, FRIENDS, FAMILY OR COACHES MAY ACCOMPANY THE CLIENT TO PRACTICE. WE APOLOGIZE FOR ANY INCONVENIENCE THIS MAY CAUSE, WE ARE WORKING TO KEEP EVERYONE SAFE. THANK YOU FOR YOUR UNDERSTANDING AND COOPERATION!

Posing Pricing
$90
for 1 individual posing session.
Each session is 1 hour.
$255
for a package of 3 sessions.
Each session is 1 hour.
$320
for a package of 4 sessions.
Each session is 1 hour.
FaceTime Posing Pricing
$75
for a FACETIME session.
Each session is 30 minutes.
A non refundable deposit of
$40 for a single posing session,
$105 for a package of three posing sessions, or
$120 for a package of four posing sessions is due upon booking. If you choose the three or four session package, please book all sessions at one time to ensure you get the times you want.
Deposit can be made via Paypal upon booking.
Posing sessions are good for the YEAR THEY ARE PURCHASED IN.
A deposit MUST
be made via PayPal upon booking in order to hold any appointments.
If an appointment is booked online without a deposit, the appointment is NOT
held and is NOT
valid.
Your balance is due in form of cash at first session.
Bring your heels, suit, or shorts and sports bra/top.
Please note posing sessions are NOT offered on weekends. Posing sessions MUST be booked 2-3 months before your show date, to ensure availability!
Personal Training Pricing
$80
for a 1 hour session with Patrice Vignola.
Additional $15 gym fee will apply for non-members.
