"I could sit here and write really long paragraphs about my choice to pose with Sassy and Classy, but I will narrow it down to just a few really good things that I've experienced as a Sassy and Classy client. 

Good customer service means helping customers efficiently, in a friendly manner. It's one of the things that can set business apart from the others of its kind. I am a Figure Competitor. My posing coach is Patrice Vignola. When I came to Sassy & Classy after placing 5th in my first show, I was pretty new in the world of Bodybuilding competitions. Heck, I had no clue how to display myself. Patrice took the time to help me understand the routine as well, show muscle without looking stressed or as if I am forcing something. "My journey with Sassy and Classy started in 2015. I had every intention of competing that year, but had no clue where to start. Thankfully, my boyfriend reached out to a co worker who was into fitness and I was blessed to be given Yorkanis' number for posing. I contacted her and asked her if she could refer me to someone for diet/prep and that's when Patrice came into the picture. 

My very first check- in Patrice sat down with me and wrote down a list of vitamins/ supplements along with the various kinds of foods I would be incorporating into my diet. Within a month I went back for a check in and the changes in my body were amazing. I knew I had made the right decision and I knew that Patrice had my health and best interest in mind.
